Provides predicates for constructing summary components.

parameter	Gets a summary component for a parameter at position `pos`.
return	Gets a summary component for a return of kind `rk`.
syntheticGlobal	Gets a summary component for synthetic global `sg`.
withContent	Gets a summary component where data must be stored in `c`.
withoutContent	Gets a summary component where data is not allowed to be stored in `c`.

A synthetic global. This represents some form of global state, which summaries can read and write individually.
