getSynthChild	Gets the `i`th synthesized child of `parent`.

synthChild	Holds if the `i`th child of `parent` is `child`. Either `parent` or `child` (or both) is a synthesized node.
toGenerated	Gets the underlying TreeSitter entity for a given AST node. This does not include synthesized AST nodes, because they are not the primary AST node for any given generated node.
